The two wine experts trust the traditional rituals and the abilities of the land itself for the creation of their award-winning wines. But the soil is not the only secret that makes the Pfaffl wine so utterly unique. Leaving the berries in the vineyard for another month after they ripe might be a risky business but one that’s paying off for the wine makers. Their dry red and white wines are characterized by a greater finesse and a special taste.
