The Academy of Languages in Heidelberg stands for competent service with a personal touch – both digital and face-to-face.

The Academy of Languages in Heidelberg has recognised this trend, implemented language courses as live online training with the latest technology and firmly anchored it in its offer alongside face-to-face classes.

As one of the largest language schools in Europe and one of the leading providers of German courses and German language tests worldwide, the Academy of Languages has been a unique place for intercultural encounters for language students from all over the world for a quarter of a century. In addition to German and English, up to 25 other languages can be learned here through different course formats.

The Academy of Languages has specialised in conducting pathway programmes for international prospective university students. The WORK & STUDY GERMANY Foundation programme, which the Academy of Languages’ language school developed with the F+U partner universities iba, isba and Victoria, is a unique preparatory programme in Germany for a dual, job-integrated course of study at German universities.

In addition, the Academy of Languages offers special programmes for children and younger people, tailor-made individual tuition, company training and business and specialist language courses. State-recognised training at the vocational school for foreign languages, and accommodation in dormitories with 270 rooms, complete the attractive portfolio.
