Restaurant Saigon offers authentic pan-Asian cuisine in a Vietnamese setting directly in Zurich. A deep passion for Vietnamese food, fresh produce and zero use of additives make for an unforgettable culinary experience.

Rich Vietnamese noodle soups, crispy duck or spicy papaya salad: for those looking for an authentic Vietnamese taste, the Saigon is the right choice. It’s run by Sabrina Phuong-Thi Marbacher and her family, who place great importance on fresh ingredients and traditional preparation. Glutamate or similar additives are strictly off limits.

The rich soups are particularly popular. They are freshly cooked from scratch and sometimes they are simmering for up to six hours. The South Vietnamese rice noodle and glass noodle soups, called PHO, come highly recommended. The lunch buffet also offers a great range of homemade delicacies. If you prefer vegan or gluten-free food, there are plenty of choices available, and Thai curries are also on the menu, of course.

In addition to the Saigon, the family runs two more restaurants, the Petit Saigon and the newly renovated Chez Nhan Deli at Manesseplatz. Many new Vietnamese creations are being served over there, from green super bowls and rice bowls, to wok bowls.

Enjoy.

Restaurant Saigon: A Saigon feeling in the heart of Zurich, Discover Germany magazine

Guten Appetit.
