When you delve into the world of P&P Weine, you quickly realise that it’s about more than just wine. True passion meets expertise, as Angelica Popescu explains to us. In 2006, she founded the company P&P Weine with her husband Marius Popescu – a dream come true. “I invested a lot of time and energy to acquire knowledge about the wine and beverage production,” she says. “In addition, I have received a lot of advice and support from experienced vintners, oenologists and other industry professionals.”

P&P Weine is not just a company, it’s also a philosophy. Fair, without genetic engineering or pesticides, and of course sustainable. “Our goal was to offer wines that are suitable for any occasion while also embodying a passionate connection to nature,” Popescu explains. That’s how the wine range ‘My Organic Wine’ was born over ten years ago. It does not only stand out due to its taste but also thanks to its sustainable production. A true pioneer, P&P has shown early on that it pays off to promote innovation and creativity.

For the colder season, there are even organic and vegan mulled wines in white, red and rosé varieties. These are made from selected ingredients like cardamom extract and some, like the rosé, are completely sugar-free.

But P&P Weine does not only cater to wine connoisseurs, but it also offers a refined selection of cocktails with the series ‘Bellini, Negroni, and Limoncello Spritz’. “Over time, we realised that there is a lack of high-quality classic cocktails on the German market,” Popescu says. “We travelled to Venice to incorporate the authentic taste of the Bellini cocktail into our creations. Now you can enjoy these refreshing and energising drinks that unite the best of tradition and cocktail culture.” The Bellini Cocktail Pink Grapefruit even won the 2021 Meiningers International Spirit Award in Gold.

P&P Weine ist nicht einfach nur ein Unternehmen – es ist ebenso eine Philosophie. Fair, ohne Gentechnik oder Pestizide und nachhaltig. „Unser Ziel war es, Weine anzubieten, die für jeden Anlass geeignet sind und gleichzeitig eine leidenschaftliche Verbindung zur Natur verkörpern“, erklärt Angelica Popescu. Daraus ist vor über zehn Jahren die Weinreihe ‚Mein Bio Wein‘ entstanden, die sowohl im Geschmack als auch in der nachhaltigen Produktion voll überzeugt. Als echter Pionier hat P&P also bereits früh auf Innovation und Kreativität gesetzt hat.

Für die kalte Jahreszeit gibt es sogar Bio und vegane Glühweine in den Sorten Weiß, Rot und Rosé. Diese werden aus ausgewählten Zutaten wie Kardamom-Extrakt hergestellt und kommen teilweise, wie zum Beispiel beim Rosé, ganz ohne Zucker aus.

Doch nicht nur Weinliebhaber werden im Sortiment fündig. P&P Weine bietet mit der Reihe ‚Bellini, Negroni und Limoncello Spritz‘ auch eine erlesene Auswahl an Cocktails an. „Mit der Zeit haben wir festgestellt, dass auf dem deutschen Markt hochwertige, klassische Cocktails fehlen“, so Popescu. „Wir sind nach Venedig gereist, um den authentischen Geschmack des Bellini-Cocktails in unsere Kreationen zu integrieren. Jetzt kann man diese erfrischenden und belebenden Drinks genießen, die das Beste aus der Tradition und der Cocktailkultur vereinen.“ Der Bellini Cocktail Pink Grapefruit gewann 2021 sogar den goldenen Meiningers International Spirit Award.
