“It is our main endeavour to cultivate and continuously showcase traditional painting,” says Arnaldo Carzaniga, commenting on the Basel art museum that shows a likewise appreciation for Swiss, and in particular Basel, artists in exhibiting their works. “This is the basis that allows us – as an art gallery – to try out new things and support young, aspiring artists,” adds business partner Markus Rück. Carzaniga and Rück run the gallery together with their third partner Philipp Hediger.
