Berlin Brandenburg International School
The Berlin Brandenburg International School (BBIS) was the first school worldwide to offer all four programmes of the International Baccalaureate Organisation. All students receive an individual education which provides the best basis for lifelong learning and success. Critical thinking, languages and intercultural competencies are the main key skills to reach the BBIS curricula. Currently attracting 710 students from over 65 countries, the school is located in the village of Kleinmachnow, in the southwest of Berlin. As the only school in the area, BBIS offers boarding facilities for IB students,used by more than 60 international students.
