In December 2015, sustainability consultant Guido Prick and fine dining restaurant manager Donato Giugliano took over an exquisite Italian restaurant in the heart of Munich’s old town. When they relaunched in September 2016 after careful renovation, the Vino e Gusto became “the place to go” with both the locals and guests from all over the world.
