Berlin is known for its vibrant, exciting food scene and Estelle Dining fits right in. Located in the trendy neighbourhood of Prenzlauer Berg, the restaurant successfully merges sophisticated cuisine with casual vibes.
The couple brings an impressive wealth of experience gained at Michelin-star restaurants around the world – which is reflected in both the top-notch service and the carefully thought-through menu at Estelle Dining. The focus is on family-style sharing plates and highlights creative veggie dishes, such as pan-fried cauliflower with lentils, yoghurt and hazelnut. There are selected meat dishes like the delicious pork shoulder with fennel, but the menu effortlessly shows that not every meal requires meat.
A perhaps unexpected highlight is the sourdough pizza made in the authentic 450 Gozney oven. In fact, it was the pizza that helped the newly opened restaurant through the pandemic, although it wasn’t even part of the original concept.
A firm favourite among locals, Estelle Dining is also a fabulous insider tip for any traveller.
If you’re looking for a dining experience that captures the spirit of Berlin, look no further than right here. Estelle Dining is stylish, yet cosy – with outstanding dishes made mainly from regional produce. Founded by husband-and-wife team Rebecca and Jared Bassoff in 2020, the restaurant is named after Jared’s grandma.
