Based in the Canton of Obwalden and established in the 70s, lawyer and notary Dr. Hans Hess has steadily extended the law office ever since. In 2005, his daughter Simone Hess Nielsen, also a lawyer and notary, boarded the company, which is based in the former family home of Dr. Hans Hess.
