The internationally trained dietary chef Mario Mäusli promotes sustainable and social values behind great food with his exceptional restaurant on wheels – the ‘Greeny Foodtruck’ which brings clever, tasty and creative creations for everyone, to Switzerland’s streets. This innovative food start-up provides ecological and social re- sponsibility through sourcing regional and seasonal products, which are gathered directly from farms or small producers. Mäusli prides himself on cooking the best, freshest ingredients, live on-site in the fully equipped food truck, into exceptional creations. Eco-friendly with solar power, and serving them in reusable glass jars – also used for takeaway!
